About Us

The Long and Short of It All

An organization comes down to its people, the staff that walk through your doors every day. You rely on this staff to make your organization successful, to make it stand out from the crowd. Your staff is the biggest and most important investment you’ll ever make. Isn’t it time you invested in them?

Long and Short Associates is an independent training and consulting firm geared towards providing exceptional development training for staff members of associations, non-profits and corporations. Our training topics range from building successful teams and leadership skills to conflict management and negotiation skills and more. What sets us apart from other development training firms is not just our years of experience and our mastery of our skills, but our ability to make training fun. Together, we’ve achieved that perfect balance for what we believe is the key to our success: the more successful your staff, the more successful your organization.

Our consulting process provides services that range from developing strategic plans to helping with program development and project management of events, and more. We believe through improving communications and staff relations, we can better connect organizations with their communities.
